Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Yorker (“the Service”), provided by Reverse Sweep Ltd (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Service Description
Yorker is a synthetic monitoring platform that executes HTTP and browser checks against your specified endpoints, emits OpenTelemetry telemetry, and provides alerting and reporting. The Service includes a web dashboard, CLI tool, and API.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
You may create team accounts and invite members. The account owner is responsible for all activity under their team.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to monitor endpoints you do not own or have permission to test
- Configure checks in a manner designed to disrupt or overload target services
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or fair use policies
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Consumption charges (browser check runs, private location runs) are metered and billed at the end of each billing cycle. Prices are displayed in your detected currency (USD, GBP, or EUR).
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including third-party infrastructure providers.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reverse Sweep Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
